WORLD CONFERENCE CENTER BONN ( WCCB) – The Plenary Building is situated right beside the Rhine River. It is the former Plenary Chamber where the German Parliament convened from 1992 until 1999.
The WorldCCBonn is a certified 'Partner of Sustainable Bonn', an initiative that includes various hotels, conference venues, and event industry businesses, all participating under the patronage of the Mayor of Bonn.

BY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
- LIGHT RAIL FROM BONN MAIN STATION
Light rail - lines 63/16 or 66 in the direction of Bad Godesberg or Königswinter/Bad Honnef
Get off at the Heussallee/Museumsmeile stop and follow the signs to the World Conference Center Bonn (about 450 meters walk along Heussallee to Platz der Vereinten Nationen).
There, turn left onto Platz der Vereinten Nationen.
The main entrances of the WorldCCBonn are located after 100 meters on the left side (main building) or on the right side (plenary building).
- BUS FROM BONN MAIN STATION
Bus lines 610 and 611 direction Pappelweg) from stop C4.
Get off at the Deutsche Welle stop, follow Heussallee a few meters to Platz der Vereinten Nationen.
Turn left there. The main entrances of the WorldCCBonn are located after 100 meters on the left side (main building) or on the right side (plenary building).
BY TRAIN
- DB STOP BONN UN CAMPUS
Regional trains stop in the direction of Cologne or Koblenz, no ICE or IC.
The walk to the WorldCCBonn is about 750 meters (via Genscherallee and Heussallee).
In the direction of the Congress Center, bus lines 610 and 611 also run from the Bonn UN Campus stop to the Heussallee stop.
- ARRIVAL VIA BONN BEUEL TRAIN STATION
There are various connections by bus, streetcar or light rail. Please check the websites of the Stadtwerke Bonn or the Verkehrsverbund Rhein Sieg for possible connections.

BY TAXI
The central number for cabs in Bonn is +49 228 555 555.
Access to the main entrance at the United Nations Square.
During events, cabs can drive up to the Platz der Vereinten Nationen.
Access is currently only possible via Karl-Carstens-Strasse.
Please note that the conference organizers do not provide accommodation for participants. All attendees are responsible for arranging their own lodging at their own expense.

The working language of the conference is English. German interpretation will be provided.
The European Commission will provide coffee breaks on both days, a cocktail reception on 1st December, and lunch on 2nd December

All sessions of the programme will be streamed live on the event website. The streaming page will be accessible a few days before the event.
