Annika

Deputy Director, International Association of Public Transport
Annika Degen is Deputy Director at UITP’s Europe Department and responsible for mobility strategy, data policy, digitalization and ticketing.
She originally joined UITP in 2013 as policy expert for road transport, buses, energy and fuels, after having worked as project manager in a Brussels-based NGO. Mrs. Degen is seconded to UITP by Verband Deutscher Verkehrsunternehmen (VDV, the German Transport association).
She holds a Bachelor degree from the University of Osnabrück (German) and a Master degree from the College of Europe (Belgium).
